Privacy Policy

Uploaded moving quotes

Uploaded quotes are private. They are not published, not shared in a public gallery, and not used as a training dataset. Files are available only to the systems needed to perform your requested review.

Original quote files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Generated reports and their secure access links are also deleted after 30 days.

After that deletion, MoveCheck may retain minimal payment status and service-event records for refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Those records do not contain the uploaded quote file or generated report.

Information you provide

MoveCheck uses the email address, origin ZIP, destination ZIP, and uploaded file you provide to prepare and deliver the review. The email address is used for the secure report link and essential service messages, not for creating a profile.

We do not create customer accounts. Access uses a high-entropy secure report link instead of a username and password.

Service providers

A configured document analysis provider processes the pages needed to extract evidence from your quote. Official company checks use information from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. If you choose to unlock a report, a payment provider processes the checkout; MoveCheck does not build its own credit-card form.

Terms of Service

Effective August 21, 2026. MoveCheck is operated by GPH Digital LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

MoveCheck provides consumer information and document analysis for U.S. interstate moving estimates. The free mover check uses official-source company information. The paid product is the Full Moving Quote Review — $19.90 USD, a one-time digital service with no subscription.

MoveCheck does not provide legal advice, determine whether a company is fraudulent, guarantee final moving costs, or guarantee that a moving company is safe. Always verify important information directly with the mover, broker, and relevant government source before paying or signing.

Your documents and permitted use

You may upload only a moving estimate or quote that you are authorized to review. Do not upload personal identification, executable files, unrelated private records, or material that violates another person's rights. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Digital fulfillment and access

The complete report is prepared before checkout. After Stripe confirms a successful one-time payment, MoveCheck unlocks the stored report and sends a secure report link to the email address provided. Report access is scheduled to expire after 30 days. There is no physical shipping or recurring subscription.

Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment information is collected and processed by the payment provider, not by a MoveCheck-hosted credit-card form. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address so the report link can be delivered.

Availability and limitations

Official data and automated document processing can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. MoveCheck may reject an unreadable, incomplete, unrelated, corrupt, or unsupported upload before payment. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refund Policy

If a verified payment was completed but the report failed to unlock or deliver, if you received a duplicate charge, or if a material service error prevented access to the purchased report, contact us within 7 days of payment. After verification, eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Because the Full Moving Quote Review is a digital service prepared before checkout, a report that has been successfully unlocked and delivered is generally not refundable merely because the customer disagrees with an informational result. This does not limit refunds required by law.

Approved refunds are submitted promptly. Your bank or card issuer may require additional business days to post the credit. There is no subscription to cancel.

For privacy or refund requests, include the email address used for the review and enough payment information to locate the transaction. Do not email the moving estimate or any personal identification.
